The Dynamic Duo of Brian & Lesley Lynch

There's an old saying that two heads are better than one. But who ever thought you could put that wisdom to use when buying or selling a home? Now you can, with RE/MAX Executive Realty's Brian and Lesley Lynch, a husband-and-wife Realtor team who work together to make the moving experience as smooth as possible. Brian and Lesley specialize in custom golf course communities, particularly the Ballantyne area. "No one knows more about the Ballantyne area than the two of us," Brian says. " Lesley was one of the original sales associates at Ballantyne Country Club and we built our own home there." In addition, Brian is a single digit handicap golfer and has played most of the golf courses in the area.

Brian was born in Chapel Hill and moved to Charlotte as a toddler with his family. He attended college on a combined academic/athletic scholarship for basketball and graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a degree in Economics. Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1992, he owned his own mobile communications company for several years. He found that experience invaluable for helping him be a successful Real Estate Broker because you are essentially your own boss. Brian has sold both new and existing homes for over a decade in the Charlotte area.

Lesley is a Charlotte native who grew up in the SouthPark area except for several years in Tokyo, Japan when she was a teenager. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration, she worked in advertising and sales prior to becoming a Realtor in 1992. She started her real estate career in new construction with a national builder and then became one of the original on-site sales associates for custom homes in Ballantyne Country Club. "It was incredibly exciting to be involved in the development of such a vibrant, successful community. For over five years, I represented many of the top custom home builders in the area."

With Brian's solid business experience and Lesley's advertising background, the two bring a wealth of valuable skills and abilities to the table to help their clients. "Lesley is the best business partner I could possibly have," Brian says "as we not only address each others strengths and weaknesses, we share a common goal. The net effect is to give our clients the most complete representation possible, whether buying or selling."
