The Ballantyne Area - Swimming & Tennis

Members of Ballantyne Country Club will find that an active lifestyle is second nature here. There's a fitness room for those who want to tone up and an aerobics room for those whowant to get their heart rates going. The Pro Shop will make sure you have everything you need for exercise -- and the spacious men's and women's locker rooms will provide a convenient place to keep clothes and equipment.

For cooling down from a tennis match or relaxing after a few laps in the pool, there's nothing better than a tall, cool drink. You'll be able to find that and much more in the outdoor dining area -- a casual place to meet with friends off the Center's veranda.

Kids will especially feel at home at the Swim and Tennis Center. There's so much for them to do here -- games, athletics, group activities and more.
The Teen Center will provide older kids with the perfect hang-out. This two-story activity area offers video and interactive computer games, music and movies. And the youngest Club members will love the brightly colored Baby-Sitting Area, where everything is geared to their age -- and size!

Children will love (as parents will appreciate!) the array of toys and educational games here.

The Swim and Tennis Center will be the focal point of a wide variety of activities, many of which will be planned by the resident Activities Director. All year-round, the Activities Director will get kids and their families together for movie festivals, arts and crafts, holiday parties, plays in the outdoor amphitheater, softball games and more. No matter what your age, the Activities Director will ensure that you have lots of entertainment options!

Ballantyne Country Club Members will enjoy the finest of tennis and swimming facilities. Tennis enthusiasts will have the option of playing on one of the six lighted tennis courts -there are four clay and two hard courts.

Or if you're more a spectator than a player, you can watch heated competitions from the amphitheater. But, of course, our resident Pro will encourage all members to get out on the courts and brush up on their skills! Water enthusiasts will have several options to choose from -- there's a competition-sized lap pool, a splash pool for younger swimmers and a Play Puddle for the tiniest members. And, for the brave of heart, there's a giant water flume which empties into a large recreation pool! This large swimming complex will provide the perfect setting for fun-filled days of leisurely hours by the pool, swim lessons and competitions.
